Is the federal government preparing for a massive false flag event? Why so many “domestic terrorists” all of a sudden?
Feds Arrest Second Patsy in Federal Reserve Bombing Case
By Kurt Nimmo
October 19, 2012
Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis, the deluded al-Qaeda wanna-be who supposedly plotted to bomb the Federal Reserve, had an accomplice, according to the feds.
The government says Howard Willie Carter II, aka Yaqueen, is a child porno pervert who collaborated with Nafis.
The dysfunctional duo allegedly communicated with each other over the internet. Nafis lives in New York and Carter in San Diego.
Both men were under government surveillance as part of an elaborate sting operation. FBI informers acted as agents provocateurs in the case. The government claims the bus boy turned terrorist Nafis wanted to kill Obama and blow up the New York Stock Exchange.
NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly used a precrime argument to justify the entrapment of Nafis.
“You have to be otherwise not disposed to do a crime,” he said. “And if it’s your intent to do a crime, and somehow there are means made available, then generally speaking, the entrapment defense does not succeed.”
Despite the government’s assertion that Nafis is a hardened terrorist who pledged loyalty to Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda, a classmate at a Missouri college where Nafis enrolled said he often said Muslims don’t believe in violence.
Jim Dow, a 54-year-old Army veteran, said the terrorist image portrayed by the federal government “doesn’t seem to be in character” of Nafis, the Seattle Times reports.
The feds claim Nafis was inspired by American-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who was “the spiritual leader of the alleged 9/11 hijackers, a fact that didn’t seem to concern Pentagon top brass who invited him to dine with them just months after the September 11 attacks despite the fact that he had personally colluded with the very hijackers who were alleged to have slammed Flight 77 into the Pentagon,” Steve Watson wrote for Infowars.com in September, 2011.
“Every indication points to Awlaki being a double agent working for US intelligence. He has been involved in almost every terror plot over the last couple of years.”
The case has rekindled the argument that the government needs more authority to violate the Constitution in order to root out terrorists.
“Civil liberties have taken a backseat to preempting terrorism, there’s just no doubt about it,” Columbia University foreign policy and counterterrorism expert Stuart Gottlieb told GlobalPost.
“And that’s because, whether you were under the Bush or the Obama administration, they still are operating under the premise that there are groups and individuals trying to do some pretty bad things, and they need to have the policies in place that remain controversial with civil libertarians … that will preempt attacks, rather than just respond to them after they occur with the criminal justice system.”
U.S. Congress introduces bill ordering FEMA to conduct ‘mass fatality planning’
(NaturalNews) While millions of Americans were busy watching the elephant puppet battle the ass puppet at the latest political circus, the United States Congress quietly introduced a new piece of legislation ordering the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to begin preparing for mass casualties throughout the country.
House Resolution 6566, also known as the Mass Fatality Planning and Religious Considerations Act, would amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to mandate that FEMA immediately begin conducting “mass fatality planning” in preparation for a major event or series of events that may kill off untold numbers of people.
Introduced by Rep. Laura Richardson (D-Ca.), H.R. 6566 provisions that the Administrator of FEMA — William Craig Fugate currently holds the Administrator position at FEMA (http://www.fema.gov/leadership/william-craig-fugate) — provide “guidance and coordination” for dealing with a mass casualty event arising from a natural disaster, terrorist act, or “other man-made disaster.”
Queens Man Trapped in Germany Because of No-fly List, Says Council on American-Islamic Relations
NY Daily News
October 19, 2012
A Queens man has been trapped in Europe for the last 17 days, says an advocacy group, because his name is allegedly on the no-fly list.
Samir Suljovic, 26, first tried to fly back home to New York from Vienna, Austria, on October 1. Airline agents told the New Yorker that he could not board a return flight at the request of his own government.
On Wednesday, the New York Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY) issued a statement that demands that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) allow Suljovic to return home from his current location, Germany.
Homeland Security graduates first Corps of Obama’s Brown Shirts – Homeland Youth
It Makes Sense Blog
October 18, 2012
The federal government calls them FEMA Corps. But they conjure up memories of the Hitler Youth of 1930’s Germany. Regardless of their name, the Dept of Homeland Security has just graduated its first class of 231 Homeland Youth. Kids, aged 18-24 and recruited from the President’s AmeriCorp volunteers, they represent the first wave of DHS’s youth corps, designed specifically to create a full time, paid, standing army of FEMA Youth across the country.
On September 13, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security graduated its first class of FEMA Corps first-responders. While the idea of having a volunteer force of tens of thousands of volunteers scattered across the country to aid in times of natural disasters sounds great, the details and timing of this new government army is somewhat curious, if not disturbing.
DHS raising an armed army
The first problem one finds with this ‘new army’ is the fact that they are mere children. Yes, 18 is generally the legal age a person can sign a contract, join the military or be tried as an adult. But ask any parent – an 18, 20 or even a 24 year-old is still a naïve, readily-influenced kid.
The second problem with this announcement and program is its timing. Over the past two years, President Obama has signed a number of Executive Orders suspending all civil and Constitutional rights and turning over management of an America under Martial Law to FEMA. Also in that time, domestic federal agencies under DHS, including FEMA, have ordered billions of rounds of ammunition as well as the corresponding firearms. Admittedly, these new weapons and ammunition aren’t to be used in some far-off war or to fight forest fires in California, but right here on the streets of America.
Things that go bump in the night: Keeping Skippy safe from the Terr’ists
According to Randall Larsen, Executive Director of the WMD Center in Washington, DC, the terrorists’ next target may be your peanuts.
Yep, Larsen is staying up at night with the worry beads due to the fact that all the nation’s peanuts are processed at one plant, in North or South Carolina . . . he can’t remember which. According to Larsen, the centralization of this facility provides an easy target for terrorists wielding chemical or biological weapons.
Larsen is a former Colonel in the United States Air Force and is a decorated Vietnam vet. He is a founding member of the WMD center, a not-for- profit research organization, along with former Senators Bob Graham (D-FL) and Jim Talent (R-MO). Larsen is also the national security advisor at the Center for Biosecurity, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and is a senior fellow at the Homeland Security Policy institute at George Washington University.
In a recent telephone interview, Larsen opined that food terrorism is one the most significant threats faced by the nation.
Larsen also responded to questions about predictions being tendered that we should expect a pandemic by the end of 2013. “Pandemics,” declared Larsen, “run in thirty-forty year cycles. We are overdue.”
In fact, Larsen may have his numbers screwed up. The Spanish flu, which killed 20-40 million people worldwide, made its debut in 1918. The Asian flu killed about a million people in 1957-58 and only ten years later the Hong Kong flu killed just under a million.
Facts notwithstanding, the predictions persist that 2013 will be the Big One—either in terms of a terrorist attack or a pandemic. Not only have Larsen’s colleagues, Talent and Graham, committed to this perception, but Dr. Daniel Gerstein of the Department of Homeland Security made just such a prediction last December at the Biological Weapons Convention, which took place in Geneva, Switzerland at the United Nations. “We expect a pandemic before the end of 2013,” stated Gerstein. http://www.activistpost.com/
A pandemic or a biological weapons attack? Or are they one and the same?
Larsen pooh-poohed the idea that water systems might be a target for a domestic terrorist attack. He stated that, given the amount of pathogen necessary to contaminate a water system, it was highly unlikely that such an effort would be successful.
However, Larsen’s perception is not shared by others in government nor by the scientific community. Last year, DHS chief Janet Napolitano issued a homeland security warning that dangerous terrorists had infiltrated utility companies and that the threat of an attack through infrastructure was emergent.
Her concerns were echoed just last week by Leon Panetta, who was reported in Money News as declaring that “are targeting the computer control systems that operate chemical, electricity and water plants, and those that guide transportation throughout the country,” He went on to say that an aggressor nation or terrorist group could “could contaminate the water supply in major cities, or shut down the power grid across large parts of the country.”
The scientific community is also at odds with Larsen’s assessment of the threat posed by a waterborne attack. A heavily footnoted report by the Congressional Research Service entitled “Terrorism and Security Issues Facing the Water Infrastructure Sector,” “Bioterrorism or chemical attacks could deliver widespread contamination with small amounts of microbiological agents or toxic chemicals, and could endanger the public health of thousands.” (December 15, 2010)
FBI Yet Again Foils Their Own Fake Terrorist Plot, This Time Targeting the NY Federal Reserve
By Madison Ruppert
October 18, 2012
For those who think the most recent case of 21-year-old Bangladeshi national Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI’s) major role in said case is something of a fluke, think again.
Let’s not forget that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) also thwarted their own little manufactured terror plot in May of this year as well.
The most recent case involving Nafis has not bucked the trend in the slightest.
According to USA Today‘s latest update at the time of writing this story, Nafis “allegedly met with an undercover FBI agent who provided him with inert explosives.”
Once again, we learn that the “terrorist” actually never was in contact with any real terrorists (other than those hiding behind the safety of a badge) and was never even able to procure real explosives.
Instead, as is the case with so many other cases of the government thwarting their own plots, we learn that Nafis actually would never have done anything if it were not for the help of the FBI.
The FBI’s narrative asserts that Nafis met the undercover FBI agent at a warehouse in the New York metro region where he “made the bomb, consisting of inert explosives, then assembled the detonator and armed the device in the van as the undercover agent drove to the Fed.”
Federal Reserve Bomb Plot: Manipulating The Masses Through Fear
October 18, 2012
On Wednesday October 17th the FBI allegedly foiled a terrorist plot to blow up the federal reserve building in downtown New York.
As the facts of the case continue to emerge we are learning that once again the entire plan was orchestrated by the FBI right from the beginning and this young man was set up to take the fall.

If the FBI both planned and thwarted a terrorist attack, who’s the hero?
Adam Clark Estes
October 18, 2012
A 21-year-old Bangladeshi man tried and failed to blow up the Federal Reserve Building in downtown Manhattan on Wednesday, largely thanks to the efforts of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. That “thanks” ought to be attached both to the “tried” and the “failed” parts of that sentence, since it was the FBI that not only coaxed the suspect, Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis, into moving forward with the bombing but also supplied him with the means to do so. Don’t worry. The Feds know what they’re doing. They do this all the time.
Nafis is just another terrorist. He arrived in the United States in January ambitious like a lot of immigrants. Except his ambition wasn’t to open a small business or work his way up the ladder of an American company. He wanted to “destroy America,” according to a statement he wrote to claim responsibility for the terrorist attack he would inevitably attempt to carry out. However, it’s unclear if he would’ve gotten as far as he did without help from undercover FBI agents.
After arriving in the United States and settling into his new home in Jamaica, Queens, Nafis got to know a person whom he believed was connected to Al Qaeda. This contact talked him through the process of identifying a target. First it was a high ranking government official, and then it was the New York Stock Exchange. Nafis and his accomplice finally settled on the Federal Reserve Building in downtown Manhattan, since they thought it could reap the most damage on the American economy. Said accomplice helped Nafis acquire “20 50-pound bags of purported explosives,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s office, and even rode in the van with Nafis as he went to deliver the payload on Wednesday, arming the bomb on the way. They parked the fan in front of the Fed and retreated to a hotel room, where Nafis recorded a video explaining the attack. The only problem was that this accomplice was an undercover FBI agent, the bomb materials were fake and as soon as Nafis flipped the switch to finalize his attack on America, the Feds swooped in and arrested him.
Police State Joke: Seattle Bombsquad Blows up Abandoned Flashlight Near FBI Office
By J.G Vibes
October 15, 2012
A security guard working at the FBI’s Seattle office at 3rd Avenue and Seneca Street reported a suspicious object outside the building, just after 2 a.m. the morning of October 8th.
The Bomb Squad was then sent in with two bomb disposal robots to investigate the mysterious object.
At that point, Seattle police closed streets around the Abraham Lincoln Building at Third and Seneca for over two hours as police and explosive experts were examining the device.
Then at around 4:38 a.m one of the robots were sent in to create an explosion to blow up the device while the area was under their control.
After blowing up the mysterious device FBI Spokeswoman Ayn Dietrich said that it was not explosive or hazardous and no threat had been made to the agency, but it was in fact just a flashlight, that may or may not have had a blinking red light on it somewhere, which gave the security guard and the entire police force the indication that it must be a bomb.
The police all have the same story and they are sticking to it. Lt. Greg Sackman for example told reporters that “It’s suspicious enough that it got the attention of everybody, It looked suspicious enough to us as well.”
This is not just an case of wasted resources and police state paranoia but also an example of the attitude that is exhibited by today’s law enforcement establishment.
The prevailing attitude is that the whole world is suppose to come to a grinding halt when there is an imaginary threat outside of an FBI building, but at the same time, in some of the countries worst cities like Detroit you cant even get a police officer to answer a 911 call.
New Jersey nonsensically claims DHS-funded “Text Against Terror” program is a success
Madison Ruppert, Contributor
Despite the fact that there isn’t a single act of terrorism prevented or hindered by the Department of Homeland Security-funded “Text Against Terror” program in New Jersey, the state is hilariously claiming that the program is a success.
This $5.775 million federally funded endeavor is quite similar to the myriad of programs operating under the banner of homeland security that prove to be a complete failure like the fusion centers which put out “a bunch of crap” according to a recent Senate panel.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a propensity for funding fear mongering campaigns, a truth which is hardly surprising given their obsession with the notion of “see something, say something” or, in other words, citizen spying.
This culture of fear is created by making anyone and everyone into a potential terrorist based on nothing more than bodily movements or, according to the military, complaining about bias and believing in government conspiracies.
This truly illogical fear has surfaced in an interesting way in New Jersey where they used a $5.775 million DHS grant to create a program that allows commuters on the New Jersey transit system to “Text Against Terror.”
This program has resulted in 307 messages, 71 of which have “referred to something regarding homeland security,” since the program was launched in June 2011, according to New Jersey Transit Police Chief Christopher Trucillo.
In other words, only roughly 23 percent of the messages mentioned something related to homeland security. The majority of that small percentage of the texts did not lead to any further investigation.
“Someone saw something that made them uncomfortable that required us to take secondary action, like an unattended bag or someone taking pictures in a particular area,” Trucillo said to Asbury Park Press.
According to Trucillo it is only rarely that they “need to follow them up and refer them to the (state) Joint Terrorism Task Force.”
This task force referred to by Trucillo is made up of the DHS, New Jersey State Police, New Jersey Transit Police, Port Authority Police and others.
According to Asbury Park Press, the messages are processed at the New Jersey Transit Police’s communication center.
When a text message is received, the computer screen of the operator turns red and an alarm sounds at which point customers receive a confirmation text regardless of what they said in the message.
Much of the millions of dollars (which we don’t have, of course) provided by DHS were used to pay for advertising on radio, television, trains and buses.
Oddly enough, some of the ads aired on radio and television in New York City, which, according to Homeland Security News Wire, “has some of the highest advertising rates in the country.”
US Army Spends Hundreds of Thousands Advancing Fog-Like Obscurants

The US Army has given firms three grants to upgrade flare systems used to mask the heat signature of prized fighting machines.
The heat-obscuring chemical, used for the past 60 years, has been deemed dangerous to health and the environment.
Three private companies – Lynntech, Inc., Nanotrons and Physical Sciences – will be in charge of developing new countermeasures, to replace weapons that have been accused of releasing harmful copper into the air when a smoke bomb is detonated.
The US government will give the firms around $100,000 to complete the task.
The “dust clouds”, which aim to impede the ability of heat-obscuring weapons to detect heat signatures, can have adverse health effects on whoever inhales the smoke particles.
Most obscurants used today are made from metal particles – often bronze – and have “significant environmental persistence that may pose health hazards,” Wired reports.
Ingesting too much copper, which is found in bronze, can cause gastrointestinal health problems and in serious cases lead to liver and kidney damage.
Inhaling copper particles can also cause respiratory irritation, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
A study by the National Academies Press found that exposure to the toxic smoke from obscurants causes pulmonary congestion, alveolitis, chronic pneumonia, and lung inflammation.
But smoke screens have been used since the 1950’s to allow the US military to hide from missiles.
The heat-obscuring chemicals form metallic dust clouds around equipment that emits infrared radiation, masking prized assets such as tanks, planes and other military hardware.
Military planes also deploy flares to divert missiles heading their way.
“To block infrared, you fill a grenade with bronze flakes and detonate it,” near the object you want to hide, said scientist John Lennhoff, who works for a company hired to develop the obscurant.
The US Army is now spending about $300,000 to develop better obscurants, which the government hopes will consist of a less dangerous chemical compound.
