Each of the Clubs receives hundreds of millions of television money, making every average Premier League footballer in the EPL get well paid compared to many of their contemporaries on the continent.
However, every club has new signings; some earn more than the old players already playing with English Premier League clubs. As the 2022/20223 season gets underway, we will list eight top players with the highest weekly wage.

However, he has also won several honors with City and hopefully will earn more. He earns $400k per week, making him the second highest paid in English Premier League football.
Erring Haaland is also among the top earners in English Premier League football. He earns $375k per week, even though the young lad just joined Manchester City after signing a five-year deal with the club on the 1st of July 2022, which will keep him at the Etihad Stadium until the summer of 2027.
David De Gea
David De Gea is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Manchester United and Spain’s national team. He joined United in 2011 from Atletico Madrid, and his first debut was in the community shield on the 7th of August 2011.
Jadon Sancho is a Manchester United player who joined the club from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of £73m. He was the second summer signing, followed by the addition of goalkeeper Tom Heaton.
He signed a five-year deal at united, with an option of a further year. The young lad spent four years in the Bundesliga with Dortmund, winning the German Cup in his final season and scoring 50 goals across 137 appearances. However, he earns 350k per week, which makes him the third highest-paid player in Manchester United.
Mohammed Salah’s net worth is around 88 million as of February 2022. His old deals at Liverpool were $250k per week, but his new contract makes him the highest-paid player in Liverpool, earning $350k per week, surpassing Van Dijk, who earns $220k per week
Mohammed Salah has been a prominent player since joining the Club in 2017 from AS Roma and has scored over 150 goals.
Manchester United signed the former Real Madrid center-back on a four-year deal until June 2025 for a fee of around $41m, including add-ons. He’s the fourth highest-paid player in Manchester United, earning $340k per week. He’s also among the top eight Premier League earners.
Over his ten years at Real Madrid, he won 18 titles: four UCL, four World Cups, 3 European Super Cups, 3 Spanish Super Cups, 3 La Liga titles, 1 Spanish Cup, and 3 Spanish super cups.
After Spending seven years with Manchester City, Raheem Sterling became Chelsea’s post-Abramovich signing. The 27-year-old signed a five contract with the London Club, and his contract puts him on high wages, earning $325k a week.
It was not a surprise that Chelsea would pay so much to a player like Sterling because he is an upgrade to their existing forward options and one of the best attackers in the EPL. He has scored double figures for City every seven seasons, scoring 131 goals in 399 games in all competitions for Manchester City, which is one of the reasons why Chelsea signed him.
