Ina Marlene King (born May 22, 1962) is a writer, producer, and director. He is best known as the host and presenter of the new Freeform drama show Pretty Little Liars. He also wrote the 1995 film Now and Then. In 2014, it was announced that King would star Danielle Vega’s horror novel The Merciless as a feature film and Sara Shepard’s series The Perfectionists’ novel as a television series Freeform.
